well im surprised to see so many 1star reviews because my experience was A+ 5* , my daughter bought an Audi Q3 which we dealt with Andy and a few days later I bought a vw t-roc for my wife as it was her birthday from Jack and I couldn't of asked for better sales people. From day 1 from the initial calls to getting the cars delivered was outstanding service, there may of been veryyy small issues but were sorted out straight away. Staff were polite even the lady I spoke to on the phone sorry dont remember your name but fingers crossed we dont need another car but if we do you will be our first port of call. Thank you once again ohhhhh my wife was very happy with her T-roc :-)

Jack is an absolute legend! After two bad experiences buying used cars from other dealerships, we finally found the right person to restore our confidence. Jack was incredibly patient with us (we needed a lot of reassurance!) and his communication from start to finish was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, and he actually made the whole process enjoyable. For the first time, we truly felt the excitement of picking up a new car! Awful experience from the moment I purchased the car. Was delivered with numerous problems, which were never sorted. Spent \xa32000 since buying the car, and after a blow out find out I had no tyre kit or jack to put the spare tyre on that I had to purchase separately.

I approached them through their website to arrange a test drive for THREE cars. The response I got was over a day late for the requested time and clearly didn't reflect my enquiry. "Thank you for your recent enquiry on the BMW X3 we currently have for sale. Great news the vehicle is still available and I am happy to help with any questions you might have." I then sent a follow up email see if anyone was prepared to be more helpful and got a call the following day by someone who also couldn't see how my enquiry hadn't been addressed. His only objective was to defend his colleague and dismiss the fact that I had had no specific answer to any of my questions. I will buy elsewhere as I can't imagine how you would be treated if the car you bought had issues. Great response. Don't address the fact that you didn't respond to my request for a test drive of three cars not just one. Don't address the fact that no one came back to me until 24 hours after I had requested the test drive. And then embark on a self defence tirade that amounts to contempt for potential customers. Anyone reading this would do well to visit the TrustPilot website for many more damning reviews of this outfit.

I purchased a car from them, a 640d. I'm quite happy, and I had a massive oil leak through the oil cooler, but the lads were very friendly and helped me out with the insurance company to receive some compensation. I'm quite happy. I will definitely use them again for my next purchase.
