Communication was extremely poor until sending emails to Peter Vosper whereupon it improved. After 3 recalls, the Peugeot E3008 was collected 9 weeks earlier for the second time for the car alarm going off. The first time it was kept 1 week and given back to me stating software update was done. Within 2-3 weeks it was collected from me after RAC checked it as the alarm was going off. After approximately 6 weeks being in the garage a new module was fitted and I received a phone call saying after valeting the car would be ready for collection but shortly after on the same day, I received a phone call stating there was a problem with air con. Shortly again after, I received another call to say the air con was ok but they had now found what was causing the alarm to go off and a part was being ordered! They said 'for want of a better word, a part in the door was corroded'. For two weeks I received emails and phone calls to say the part hadn't arrived then received a call to say the car was ready. My husband had asked if 'the range' could be checked as it wasn't doing the mileage we were advised it would do, despite no air con, radio etc. being on. When we first had the car we noticed this and were told on every occasion it was the way we drove car, or whether driving on motorways or local roads! We were not told if this was checked and don't believe it was. We would never have another Peugeot, and feel completely let down by the way we were treated by Vospers. We took delivery of this car new end July/August and the whole situation has caused a lot of stress especially the alarm going off at home. We had dealt with Vospers before but never again.
