Apply nowI was happy with the service at Harrisons Ford because there is no pushy sales people. I visited Harrisons 3 month before I purchased my car. I met Dawn for the first time, prior to this the sales person who helped me was David. I explained to Dawn I had seen 2 cars on the website I liked. Dawn explained the different specifications and once discussing my car usage she provided me with information which enabled me to decide on the model and specifications to suit my needs. Dawn also provided me with a trade in offer and explained finance. I explained to Dawn that I did not intend purchasing a car for another few months. I found the website great for keeping an eye out for more cars becoming available. Once I saw a car I emailed Dawn to make a deposit, despite being on her annual leave Dawn emailed me back. I called Harrisons and spoke with a colleague who took deposit over the phone. On the day of collection Dawn was ever so helpful explaining warranties etc. It truly was just like speaking to a friend. Purchasing a car is a big financial decision for me, and I rely upon the sales person for their knowledge and honesty. I feel that Dawn explained everything very well, she has a lovely approach, very natural and trustworthy. I am enjoying driving my new car, which I think is the 7th car I have purchased there. I was very pleased with the support from Dawn. I will continue to get my car serviced at Harrisons and will no doubt return to Harrisons for my next car.
I had a great experience at Harrisons Ford because i actually had a fault with my new voechle which showed up about a mile away from the dealership. I took it back and explained the problem. Steven and the Ford team machinics imeadiatly diagnosed the problem which needed to be foxed and would take a couple of hours. Steven arranged for me to have a cortesy car to get me home and he offered to drive my fixed car back to me after work. A very brillant service and the fault delt with efficiantaly. This is my second car from Harrisons and they always offer efficicient and amazing services. Thankyou Harrisons you have a customer for life!
Five star service. Dawn was a pleasure to deal with the whole way through. She was friendly, personable and explained everything in an easy to understand way. She made sure everything required (tax, insurance etc) was covered and made the whole process simple and stress free. The chocolates and love to shop voucher i received were a much appreciated bonus. I will definitely be using Harrison's Ford again and would highly recommend them to others.
