Preston Audi were fantastic because Raj Pattani went out of his way to ensure our vehicle specification requirements were met, to match our budget, he provided clear and regular communication through the whole process which is why I have bought 2 vehicles from him previously. George Rebbeck through the handover process was excellent he provided a full run through on the features of the vehicle, took time to explain the various settings and answered all my wife’s questions.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour from a staff member. Incorrect car specification provided. Nonetheless, the sales person we dealt with, Darren Moon, was excellent.
