I'd definitely recommend Vertu Hyundai Bristol to friends and family obecause of the service and help with the selection process and the time spent explaining about the car and the paperwork. At no time did I feel under pressure to buy or did they hurry me as I made up my mind and selection.
I bought the car online so many question like "site cleanness", "During your visit, were you introduced to a Manager?" etc do not apply to me. I would not recommend Vertu Hyundai Bristol because the communication part was very poor in general.I always had to chase for everything that I needed which was very frustrating I was never told that the car service history book was not stamped till the day I got the car delivered and saw the book, no info about what benefits I get buying Hyundai approved car, , No courtesy call to this date to find out how I am doing with the new car. Overall very poor experience.
