I would not recommend CarSupermarket.com Sheffield because within 2 miles from the shop many fault lights came on the car . Booked stamped with having a service . But when taken to a different car supermarket branch they told us it hadn't been done and the car also has a oil leak.... paid for the car to have interior "life time protection" and u can literally see what parts of the seats they cleaned and parts they didn't bother doing. When tried to call about the faults. Receptionist just kept saying the book says it's done its been done. Even tho it was obvious it hasn't been done. Coolant was below min mark and so was oil. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from the Sheffield branch. Would definitely recommend scunthorpe. As they have been very helpful with fixing the issues also very polite and understanding.
I'd definitely recommend CarSupermarket.com Sheffield to friends and family because all of the staff were really pleasant to deal with and I did not feel pressured into a sale at any point. They were really well informed about the vehicle and contacted me a few days after purchase to check I was getting on ok and answer any questions I might have.
