Fantastic personal experience with Ash. From initial enquiry to personal delivery of the vehicle, Ash went above and beyond to ensure our purchase went as smooth as possible. We initially traveled to collect a very nice vehicle but on arrival we had enquired about another car on display, the guys were only too happy to allow us a test drive and also rearrange the paperwork for the new vehicle once we were happy. Our company bought a vehicle from here, paid deposit and got finance approval through, the day after Ash mailed to say it’s all been approved we find out the car has been sold elsewhere, bad form. Our company now has had hard credit searches against it which will impact our credit score. We will be claiming damages through court. Avoid at all cost. Scammers

Bought a fully specked Defender from German Car Specialist Ltd - the car was excellent and although I had the car for over 6 months part of the bonding on the wheel arch extensions had started to come away. I rang the owner and not a problem said to just drop it in when passing and will sort. Customer Service is excellent and they are happy to put right any issues even if you are slightly past your warranty date. Great vehicles and service and will defo go back when I want to change the defender as the owner is happy to source my next P575 Defender and speck it up to the same level as the one I have.

The customer service was the only good thing about my purchase here. A couple weeks of having the car and it’s caused more hassle than what it was worth. Constant faults and dodgy shortcuts on the car, things that should have been explained or talked about. I expected some things buying a modified car but not what I’ve had. And extremely overpriced warranty on top of it all. Not even a fresh MOT!
