A special mention also to the sales manager, who took the time to check in with us before we left with our new car. We recently bought a car from Shaun Belt and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. He never rushed us or made us feel like just another customer — he gave us his full attention. He offered us as much test driving as we wanted including going out on our own and for as long as we wanted. He helped my husband move our huge dog crate into our potentially new car, so we could be 100% certain it would fit! He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood everything before buying. There was no hard selling, just honest advice and guidance to help us make the right choice. Went to look at mobility car with my wife, as soon as you walk in there are smiling faces and very helpful manor. The advisor Phillip who worked with us throughout the process was kind friendly and so understanding of my wife's condition nothing was to much trouble for him. He is very compassionate about his job but did not once push the hard sell technique I have experienced in the past for car salesmen. We can not rate them high enough and would recommend them to anyone if you want to be treated well when you're looking for a car. 21/08/2024 Brought the wife's car for its first service and was greeted by Leah Carnall service advisor very friendly and helpful told me how long the service should be and that I could wait there till work was done if I wished, was given coffee whilst I waited and was made to feel very welcome. The service took exactly how long I was told and when I was given the keys back and shown where our car had been parked I noticed that they had also cleaned out the inside of the car which was much appreciated. Thank you once again for your excellent and outstanding service your staff provide. 19/08/25 Second service of our car, once again greeted with a smile, it is always a real pleasure to visit this dealership. I was leaving the car for the full day as it needed it's exhaust system checking and was kept informed of progress along the way. I ended up having to leave the car overnight as there was not enough time to rectify the issue on that day, this was fine and again kept informed about progress. I believe the lady on the service desk was called Leah and she was extremely helpful and on my return to collect the car, she was more than happy to discuss our thoughts on a future vehicle that would be suitable for my disabled wife. I can not praise her enough. Thanks again

People at Hyundai couldn't do enough for us as were on motobility, we were well looked after, from beginning up to today 22/8/2025 as we had our new car, Stuart who looked after us all the way threw looked after us and couldn't do enough, he kept in touch all the way threw and in general the staff were first class, many thanks to the staff and a big thank you to Stuart and many more cars to have with these people to have many thanks

Went to Scarborough branch and met with Arran, was made most welcome, told him my situation and he straight away went through the options available! He sorted me out a car in an hour, and a deal was made, he's very efficient, was totally honest from start to finish, would highly recommend Arran to anyone, was totally professional!

I purchased a superb Ford Mustang and part exchanged my mustang. The communication BEFORE delivery couldn’t have been better. Cannot fault the delivery company. I asked them for the paperwork. They didn’t have it. Found the MOT’s screwed up in the glove compartment and the “ service “ record on the floor. No manual. I took delivery and went through the fully serviced history to find the last service was almost 2 years ago and the promised service before delivery hadn’t been carried out, Contacted both Shaun and Jacob regarding the missing manual and missing service history/service. Both have not replied. I really thought these were a top drawer company but in reality, they are only after your money. I had also decided to take out their warranty after firstly declining. Thank god I didn’t.
