Just brought my new car from here, cannot recommend my salesman Femi enough he was brilliant! Very professional, friendly and helped with any questions. He even sent a 360 video of the car outside & in before the viewing which was very informative and great to see so had more of an idea of what I was coming to view. Took the car for a test drive which went smoothly and then back to the office for the final decision in which I purchased the car. Femi was amazing in getting the best deal (the manager was amazing too in helping finalise the offer) and explained everything. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used car without having to deal with ‘pushy’ salespeople honestly the whole experience was lovely and stress free. Thankyou again!

Purchased a Mazda and Dan agreed to source a piece of trim to replace snapped piece on front bumper. Ghosted since, ignored attempts of contact. Happy to sell and take money not happy to fix an agreed problem!

Very happy with the service I received from Drive Vauxhall in Nuneaton. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I am also very pleased with the work the guys do in the workshop, and I'm also shocked that they do a 360\xb0 video of your car to show you what they have done and explain what it means or needs doing. I will definitely be using them again and again and will also recommend them to other people.

Bought a lovely MG HS trophy from Femi this week. He had a wonderful sales manner, not pushy but gave me information on everything that was on offer to me. Answered all of my questions, and was attentive to all my needs. Fantastic job, well recommended.

On my first visit, I wasn't very happy with the information I was told (a misunderstanding). I tried discussing this with a manager in his shared office. There was an empty seat at his desk and I asked if I could sit there. The manager said no and pointed to a seat right at the far end of the room. There was another desk longways on in the middle of the room with a seat (the desk was unoccupied), but I wasn't allowed to sit there either. I had to go past that desk and sit at the far end of the room to talk to him. All I wanted to know was what was the fault the car needed to come back for, but I was told no one could read the technicians' writing on the form. I later got a call from Stacey, who apologised for the events of that day, and she was really helpful. My car was booked in for testing, but I was unwell on the day. I went the following day and the courtesy car, which was booked out to me for a number of days had been given to someone else. I explained to Stacey I have a medical condotion and sometimes I'm not well and a round trip to the garage is over an hour for me. To save any further issues, Stacey kindly arranged for my car to get collected and a courtesy car would be left with me until the repair was done. I would give 5 stars, but the manager's spiteful attitude has negatively impacted my view of Vauxhall.
