Promised to get scratches out before I collected and didn’t so still dealing with them over 3 weeks later. Handover awful and nothing explained. No service history provided or info about how to use app/manual and service history doesn’t now match the mileage on dash. Still ongoing as they haven’t explained this to me. No official stamps on service history book. Valet was awful, marks all over seat, water marks etc, had to be taken back to be re done. Parcel shelf broken and wasn’t told so have had to go back again.
The experience at Vertu Peugeot Launceston was great because I didn't visit the garage as I found the car via a online website. The sales person I dealt with was great, explanations of the process were clear. The car was delivered very quickly and was as described and of excellent quality. I did have it checked over by a local garage who said it is a brilliant car! Would definitely use this garage again.
