I really can’t recommend this garage enough, the whole process felt honest and transparent. The car was exactly as described—clean, well-presented, and clearly well looked after. Ollie provided us with full service history, allowed a thorough test drive, and answered all my questions without hesitation. What really stood out was the customer service. Even after the sale, he followed up to make sure I was happy with everything and offered great aftercare support. It’s rare to find a dealership that genuinely puts customers first. After 13 years I finally had to buy a car for myself for the first time. Dreading having to do this, I looked on Google for car dealers near to me. I came across this company, read all the reviews on the website, before deciding to go along to view the 4 cars that I liked the look of. And the previous reviews didn't disappoint. Ollie treated me with respect, gave answers for any questions I had and even pulled out the car I had decided on, even though it was parked surrounded by other cars, for me to test drive at just about closing time. Ollie and John conduct their business in an excellent manner. The day of collection went very smoothly as Ollie helped me sort out the car tax and arrange the warranty as I was a bit all over the place and he also gave me money towards petrol, as it was quite low, which was much appreciated. I am so very grateful for your help and my Grandchildren love my numberplate as letters and numbers relate to all 6 of them which makes them 😁. And I have told loads of people about my experience with you. Keep doing what you are doing and a massive THANKS from me.

My son collected his first car today from Ollie. We cannot thank him enough for his help throughout the purchase, he was very helpful and dealt with everything for us. The car itself is immaculate and came with new service, mot and 3 month warranty. We were also very grateful that Ollie arranged to come in on a Sunday for us to complete and collect the car, to work around our work commitments. We highly recommend Ollie and Aberdare Autotrade, good customer service is hard to find, but definitely goes a long way. Thank you
