Absolutely disgusting firm Bought a Range Rover vogue from them on 17th May They sold it to me with 2 keys present but only had 1 , they said the original owner had left it at a garage and they would post it on to me on the Monday 19th, waited all week for the key, I then phoned to say I hadn’t received it, now almost 10 weeks later and about 12-15 phone calls and text messages they say I have to travel 170 miles back to them so as they can get a key for me, they say it is too expensive to buy from landrover. Absolutely disgusting service from them Do not buy from them unless you have both keys or any V5 present as they do not look after their customers DI NOT USE THEM you have been warned

Had the car for two years now and not drama whatsoever. Just had a recent accident in the car and these guys have been great at helping me get hold of the custom parts needed for the bumpers. Would highly recommend and would definitely buy a car from them again.

Highly Recommend arrived at there premises and my reserved Car was Already Serviced and cleaned,,I went for a Test drive and all was great overall will use them again and would specify thank FAZ for his attentiveness.

Noticed the car online audi A5 convertible, just what I was looking for, contacted the garage, spoke to kez, he was very helpful, went to the garage to see the car we were shown the car and taken for a test drive, again kez was great to deal with very pleasant and helpful, agreed a price with our old car as a trade in, 3 days later collected the car, kez made the process very easy, sorting the tax and warranty. Would recommend

Utterly appalling customer service. I reserved a car on autotrader on Thursday. Attempted to contact this shambles of a company to arrange for payment and collection. I tried to contact on both phone numbers, went to voicemail, contacted via email and no response and finally messaged them on WhatsApp. I was told someone would be in contact with me the next day. No contact received so phoned them again and told that someone would contact me after 2pm. Never received a call and chased them again via WhatsApp. Message was read and initially ignored. I then get a short response a day later saying sorry the car is now sold. I have been subsequently blocked from the chat. I have never encountered such blatant and poor customer service. Not too sure how this business is successful really but I would advise anyone to stay away!

Bought the car of dreams from these guys, I reached out to them initially as I'd been on the look out for this car for months. From the minute I called they were very helpful. I mainly dealt with Faz, who is a total gent! Appreciated the help from start to finish including the good price on my part-ex vehicle (better than any offers had). It's always a little un-nerving to buy expensive cars from anywhere but a main dealer, but this process has been a breath of fresh air and quick! I'd definitely use them again.... thanks again Mike

I’ve just recently got a car from here and the man that help me out with everything was amazing, he was professional and very friendly and made the experience really lovely. Also he offered to deliver the car for me once everything was finalised for free which was very kind of him to do.
