I was hesitant about leaving a review, but the constant spamming of my inbox convinced me to do so. Customer service before payment was top-notch, though the salespeople could be more punctual. I was scheduled to pick up the car at 5 PM and was told I couldn’t be late. I arrived at 4:45 PM and waited 45 minutes for service. The next day, as I prepared for my trip, I noticed there was no MOT certificate, which I desperately needed as I was traveling abroad—a fact the seller was aware of. After a phone call with Ash, who promised to email me a scan within an hour, he failed to deliver. The next day, I learned Ash was on holiday, and his colleague brushed me off, saying, “I’m busy.” After another attempt to call, someone from the service department picked up and sorted everything out in minutes. Thanks to that person, I’m giving three stars instead of one. My dissatisfaction grew in France when the bolts from the engine undertray fell off. For the next 800 miles, I drove with rattling noises from under the car. Thanks to this incident, a mechanic showed me that the engine of my new Volvo was wet with oil. Advice for future buyers: thoroughly check the car before purchasing from this dealership. Sure, you get a three-month warranty on the engine and gearbox, but if the car breaks down, say, in Cardiff, you’ll have to transport it to the seller’s garage at your own expense, which is absurd. Next time I will think twice before buying a car there.

Bought an Audi Q3 from this place and had nothing but amazing customer service! They stuck 12 months MOT on for us and a new brake light as it was misted up. Within the first 3 months we had a haldex system fault... turned out to be a faulty pump. rang parkland motors up and explained, they told us to bring the car up and they had it sorted for us after a few days! nothing is ever too much trouble! Despite initially using a agency to orchestra a deal, it proved better to go see or contact the sales team at parkland for quick friendly service. Ash was my sales rep, couldn't fault his responses. After 20mins a part ex was agreed on the car i wanted, at a good price and finance confirmed.
