After a phone call with Ash, who promised to email me a scan within an hour, he failed to deliver. The next day, I learned Ash was on holiday, and his colleague brushed me off, saying, “I’m busy.” After another attempt to call, someone from the service department picked up and sorted everything out in minutes. Thanks to that person, I’m giving three stars instead of one. My dissatisfaction grew in France when the bolts from the engine undertray fell off. For the next 800 miles, I drove with rattling noises from under the car. Thanks to this incident, a mechanic showed me that the engine of my new Volvo was wet with oil. Advice for future buyers: thoroughly check the car before purchasing from this dealership. Sure, you get a three-month warranty on the engine and gearbox, but if the car breaks down, say, in Cardiff, you’ll have to transport it to the seller’s garage at your own expense, which is absurd. Next time I will think twice before buying a car there.
