I would not recommend Perrys Milton Keynes Peugeot because in general since I received the vehicle I've had a few issues that should have been addressed before purchase or at the very least made clear to me at handover with a discount or the offer to pay to get them rectified. I've tried emailing and calling about the issues to the person who sold me the car / dealt with the sale and after over a week (10 days and counting) I've had no replies at all and when I rang to speak to anyone I was put through to him and he said he'd been off a few days and would get back to me - that was 3 days ago in itself at the time I'm writing this out. I haven't been contacted since I bought the vehicle by anyone regardless but after bringing up the issues twice they've still not gotten back to me and it's given a very bad impression to me that they just wanted the sale and that I will now have to push hard to get any reply or help with the issues I've raised. I understand a used car (10 years old in my case) is going to have a few issues and overall it's still in very good condition from what I can physically see but they claim all used vehicles are given a "116 point check and a full inspection". With what I've found so far I don't know if I can expect more trouble later but right now I don't even know when the car was last serviced as it certainly wasn't done by Perrys. When the car got to me I found that -It had the original battery - 10 years old and failing as confirmed by Halfords -A very dirty engine bay full of cobwebs and leaves -Dirty oil that will need changing soon to avoid the inevitable issues dirty oil brings -Coolant that was barely at the minimum marker - I'd be generous if I said it was 2mm above the line -A few bodywork issues such as a visible scratch on the rear driver's side door that wasn't clear in their photos and only pointed out at delivery, and a rear passenger side door that closes with a noticeable gap as if something was jammed in it when it was closed causing some wind noise at higher speeds. I've also since found that a rear wheel bearing is going to need replacing (again, Halfords confirmed after I heard it) as well which is even more disturbing considering this same vehicle is supposed to have passed a new MOT on 15th July with zero advisories and then driven 225 miles to my door with dirty oil and such low coolant. I'll also note that I received zero service history for the vehicle and the last MOT that they had done is also the only MOT receipt missing from the limited information I received with the car. It's frustrating more than anything because I like the car, it drives well and is a smooth ride but these are all relatively minor things and it tells me if they missed out on these they probably missed out on other more serious issues.
Third dealer visited the day I bought and Perrys did everything right that the others didn't. Good service, friendly, had all the facts and details, made the process nice and easy, no pressure selling and left me very happy. Couple of chips on the windscreen but sorted no bother
I'd definitely recommend Perrys Milton Keynes Peugeot to friends and family because we had two issues with the vehicle. Tyre pressure light was constantly on and the spare key did not work. I spoke to Ryan who said to get them done as we wasn’t local and to send in the receipts and Perrys would re imburse me: I sent the receipts into Ryan and the refund was in my bank within 24 hours .. excellent customer service on Ryan’s part.
I'd recommend Perrys Milton Keynes Peugeot to a friend because the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable and informed. The inventory was well-maintained, and the vehicles were clean and in excellent condition. I felt confident in the quality of the car I purchased. From test drive to paperwork, everything was handled efficiently. I didn’t feel rushed, but I also didn’t waste time. I highly recommend Abid Hussain as from the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle.
I have previously bought a new car from Perrys and I was happy with the purchase of the EV6 I had no intention of any sort of finance, I was emailed a raft of documents which I couldnot read on my computer, this was annoying. The saleman was good and competent. I had no intention of looking at other cars I went to Perrys for that particular car
