Extremely helpful and so kind, they allowed me to test drive my new car before purchasing it. It had a fresh MOT and service before I bought it. Had a slight problem with the clutch just after buying it but they came out and sorted it straight away Andy, Andy and Steve were brilliant I would highly recommended this company

This is more for the aftersales team, rather than the actual garage, Andy was most helpful when i called with queries & kept in contact once I'd reserved the car. I purchased my car on the 30th December. I've called them twice in regards to not receiving my log book. Someone was supposed to call me back 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting & still no log book 8 weeks later! I've now had to pay for a new log book after being told they would sort it. As i said, the one star reflects on how unhelpful the aftersales team are... Still waiting on someone to call me after 3 weeks of waiting.

i bought a car from aspire yesterday, i enquired and viewed the vehicle on saturday and less than 24 hours later the process was completed and i was driving the car home. It was the best experience ive ever had when buying a car and Andy was absolutely amazing! thank you so much :)

I got a Peugeot 2008 from here. It was mostly as described and I felt happy with it as I drove it back to London. What I didn't notice right away was that the clutch had almost no life left in it and after about two weeks it was undrivable. I had to use breakdown cover to send it back up to these guys. This took something close to a month to organise. Whoever I was speaking to didn't seem to make an effort to arrange anything and wanted me to leave the car with a guy called Ben brown. But when I called Bens garage to confirm they had no idea who I was. This happened a few times. This wasn't really the fault of the dealership, it was their aftersales but I think a review should include the entire experience. Nothing really happened until I said I wanted to return the car, then suddenly aftersales became really responsive. One other gem from aftersales. When I told them the AC didn't blow cold they said the garage working on the clutch didnt do anything to do with AC units. When I asked if this was covered under warranty I was told I would have to call the aftersales directly which was weird because I thought I was already speaking to aftersales. Anyway someone from aftersales then responded to ask what was wrong with my AC and I was simply ignored. I don't think there are many types of issues that pop up with AC units. Also I had to get the train up to them from London to pick up the car because they don't arrange transport. Keep this in mind if you buy from these guys, because getting it back for aftersales repairs will be a chore. The car itself has been fine otherwise. I just wish they would have put a new clutch in before they sold it to me. I didn't notice right away so I can't blame them. Maybe they knew and hoped it would last longer than the two months warranty. Either way I got a new clutch, I just could have done without the faf. TLDR check everything properly before you drive away and you should be fine. Pray you don't have to deal with aftersales 🤮.
