Avoid in all costs. All the branches. Cowboys. Cars are overpriced and broken. They allowed us to test drive car that couldn't even make it out of the garage because suspension went down and the wheel almost fell. Also I paid reservation fee for the car that they knew I will be viewing on the day. Guess what? They lost the key... how professional I am waiting 2 weeks to get my reservation money back. They always will find an excuse. Please for your own safety and your family do not buy there a car. Save yourself a hassle.

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM CARS4U!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. We purchased outright a Nissan Juke in Mar 2025, 10 days after we picked it up the transmission went. We had it towed back to the branch and dealt with them to arrange a refund. After numerous back and forth phone calls, waiting days for someone to call back. We finally heard that they needed the V5, we mailed it to them. They lost it. We dropped a replacement in, in person. 8 weeks on and we have still not received our refund. According to the employee we are dealing with (Who has handed in their notice) they are dealing with this every day, no one is happy with them. This company is not to be trusted. We have reported a consumer issue to the trading standards.

Absolutely disgusting company. Sold us a 9 seater van knowing we have a disabled child and “MOT” was done. Inverted commas as it was passed and when it broke down and taken to a reputable garage they found 2.5k of repairs needed doing on it. After arguing they gave us a courtesy car which wasn’t big enough for our family and said they would send someone to collect it when our car was repaired. They didnt send anyone and then Murray threatened us with the police if we didn’t bring it back. We’re a year down the line and other 2k down for repairs. Avoid this company at all costs, rude staff, threatening, fake MOTs and poor quality vehicles
