The experience at Vertu Ford Stoke was fantastic because well, I took my old car for a service, looked at another car whilst I was there that didnt quite fit me - another was sourced and brought to Stoke. Callum Large who dealt with me was very friendly and welcoming. Good choice of cars on site. All round a good experience and would highly recommend.
My first experience from the company would mean I would not recommend to anybody. The team helped me during all of the issues for the first car which went on for over 18months. The team assisted me in getting a good deal on the second car. But ultimately the first few months of the first car experience outweighed the positives.
