Comical , would be best way to describe Dinnages in Portslade. Technicians advising what work needs to be done to me the customer , then when you get the work done, and it doesn't solve the original problem, They blame another technician that his advice was wrong, ( Even though they've written it on the Advisory's paperwork that they give you ). So the bill starts rising and you've gotta take your car back again and finally when you do address the original problem with front of house staff, they just say that the technician who advised me happens not to be in that day. When you point out that the technicians paper work has advised certain work to be done, then when its is done and its still not right they just keep blaming one another via the front of house staff. Such a shame, as I went to a main dealership for the 1st time expecting a good service and was prepared for a bigger bill, as you should get a top service on your car from being the main dealership. But instead, you get a bigger bill and a lot of blame shifting. Staff are polite and welcoming but they just don't communicate properly with one another. Front of house staff need to communicate with the technicians and vice a versa, This would be a great place to start on this issue. Over priced and a shoddy service from Ford's Main dealership. Will I go back - not a chance !!.

Patrick was efficient and arrived promptly giving me a call when he was going to be arriving. He came to my home which made it easier for me as I was unable to drive the car. He explained what needed to be done and let me know what part he needs to order and how long it was going to be. He called me 2 days later to say it had arrived and he could come to fix it. I was at work and he came to my workplace and fixed my car quickly and let me know what he had done. I will 100% be using Patrick in the future, thank you.

Recently purchased a Ford Puma from Dinnages Portslade and I’m very happy with it. The whole process, including trading in my old Fiesta, was handled in a very professional and friendly way by Olly. Dinnages have sold and serviced two vechicles for me over the past four years. The sales team here, in particular Sam, are absolutely excellent. Clearly walking through options, supporting test drives, following up and guiding you through the purchase process. In particular I have been impressed by Sam's after sales support and with how quickly I have had queries, emails and calls responded too. The service team have always tried to accomodate my needs, in particular trying to work pick up and drop off times around school runs or work days in the office. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone that is considering the Blue Oval (Ford) as an option for a new vehicle.
