Vertu Honda Lincoln were really helpful and I'd recommend them because of the customer service, the attitude of the staff, especially Karolina who was exceptional with her knowledge and understanding of my needs. I test drove 2 hybrid vehicles, both were excellent and there was no pressure from Karolina to purchase either - you do not often get this type of service in a Sales environment and I left feeling really pleased with my experience and my purchase - definitely recommend Vertu Honda Lincoln and definitely speak to Karolina, she really knows her stuff!

My experience at Vertu Honda Lincoln could have been better because on handover da the manager gave me the key and said thanks ,I think he didn't realise that the lady who showed me the vehicle in the first place hadn't shown me anything about the car other than a test drive , also we left the dealership and luckily we wasn't going very far I realised when we parked up on our drive that the car hadn't been fuelled up as we had paid for £30 of fuel ,I had to go the next day to deliver the spare keys to our old car to your dealership so the manager did send a chap off to fuel it up ,and he hadn't realised that we hadn't been shown anything about the cars computer or controls ,a nice chap did then show me the control's and computer ,,so overall it wasn't a flawless handover,we did think we might have got a set of car mats for the inconvenience ,the manager did give me a second hand set that I cleaned up.
