A lot of pressure to reserve and still haven't received my reservation fee back, despite them readvertising the car the same day. The day I showed for a test drive car wasn't there despite a lengthy travel to go view. Was advertised as finance but then told car too old for finance but the double backed and said finance would be available at very high rate.

Bought this car 3 weeks ago and it is still under warranty. In the pics you can see a barcode sticker on the car in the showroom at the bottom of the screen. When I bought the car it was at the top of the screen. When I eventually went to wash the car I pulled the barcode sticker off and found this massive chip. When I contacted Motogurus Russ told me to lie to my insurers and that they would pay the excess. I said I don't do things like that as it's considered to be fraudulent as I didn't do the damage. They are now refusing to fix it or give me a full refund for the car as it is also making a noise when I drive it. I have emailed them to book it in to have a look at it but so far I have heard nothing. They are more or less insinuating that I am lying. I have since reported them to both my insurers and I have contacted the ombudsman. I am waiting to hear what my next course of action is. Had I have done the damage I would happily have gone thru my insurers. Now I'm stuck with a car that is going to cost a fortune to replace the windscreen which I can't afford. In reply to MotorGurus reply they are lying. I would like to know how it passed the MOT with that massive chip?...I am not a liar which is why I wouldn't go through my insurers. I wished I had now because blatantly it doesn't pay to be honest. Plus I only got the appointment after I had posted my review. They think I won't turn up but I am cos I want my money back. They can deal with the ombudsman. Please do not buy a car from these people. What car dealers tell their clients to lie to the insurers?????

Simon was really knowledgeable and supported me through the car buying process. He was patient while I made a decision and I never felt pressured to buy or decide on the multiple occasions I visited to try, test-drive and look at the cars. Simon was transparent about minor issues with the car (I.e. car not detecting key) and was supportive in getting these sorted.
