I had particularly good customer service from this garage. I took my car in for investigation when my engine management light came on, unfortunately it was a much bigger problem than I had anticipated, and the cost of the repair was more than I could manage. Anthony was very understanding and supportive, I was offered an interest free payment plan which was easy to set up and use. Once this was in place my car was repaired and back to me the very next day. I highly recommend this garage for customer care and repairs.

Visited today to test drive a Volvo. Met as arranged by Martyn who gave me a comprehensive insight into all the workings and then went on a good test drive Loved the car but not the colour therefore did not purchase, nevertheless Martyn treated us with courtesy and patience Alan and Maureen Wilkinson.

Martin at Prestige cars was helpfull and honest from the start. We was sent great photos and videos of the car we was interested in and when it arrived it was exactly as promised. Trusted seller and the car was excellent value for money.

BUYER BEWARE!! Do not trust the vehicle specifications as stated in their adverts, they won’t point out anything that’s not on the list so it’s down to unfortunate potential buyers to be diligent and ask lots of questions. Brian will look through you as if you are nothing, he’s only interested in getting as much of your money as possible, I was surprised he didn’t try charging for the key fob batteries.
