Wow - shocking service from this guys. All was amazing until they took deposit. After deposit is paid no one cares about you anymore. Car should be ready 3 days after deposit was paid (this is what I've been told). Today is 2 weeks later and no one is even bothered to let you know what is going on. I don't have even collection day yet and no one knows when car will be ready. I wouldn't buy anything from you if I would know it will be 2 weeks plus waiting to collect second hand car. No one feels responsible for this situation and im treated like what the hell I want from them - they are perfect and amazing. I can't also get full refund because we have agreement in place (yea but what about me? If I would be late with payment for you I will get penalty fees) but you can do whatever you want. I won't gave up on deposit i paid. I haven't changed mind, you failing to deliver car to me which I want and I paid deposit for. So if delay is from your fault why the hell I can't receive full refund? Collection date was rescheduled 3 times and we end up without any collection date at the moment. Today I noticed you put this car for sale again on your website without any contact with me (I thought you paying deposit to secure and reserve car) I had a lot of headache rescheduling insurance, cancelling, buying new one. I also lost money on it. Bought 9 cars already in past and never had such a bad experience. Better look for car somewhere else if you don't need hassle and headache. Check reviews on truspilot too - shocking! Waiting for full refund from you otherwise will try all legal ways to get money back!

Bought hyundi i20 nline told to collect after sat 16, arrived told car not reade told to collect wednesday, arrived car still not ready told to collect sat26 sales said car valleted no spare key no opperation book car not clean found pop can chokolate wrapper in arm rest vape under passenger seat dirt under carpets dirty wheels it looks like it had a quick dust over and thats after 3 days,very bad service,been waiting ages for sellers and managers , from the moment I paid the deposit , they began to treat me like a used rag (maybe because I'm not English ??)I don't recommend anyone to do business with this garage.

We returned to Cars2 Hyundai Wakefield after driving a Kona for 3.5 years. The salesman Lewis had kept in touch prior to our visit. He was very professional throughout the appointment and listened to our concerns. After a test drive, we quickly decided on another Kona. All in all, the afternoon was a success and we left the showroom as happy customers.
