Well done Wolverhampton Audi you have restored my confidence in Audi again after speaking to 2-3 different Audi dealerships over the last few weeks. Everything was right from Russ the salesman, helpful, knowledgeable and really delivered in what excellent service should be. Always returned phone calls promptly and genuinely wanted to help in every way!! The car was excellently prepared for me. Communication throughout in everything was spot on. Everybody that I interacted with at the dealership was great and did what they said they would. Other Audi dealers could learn a lot from Wolverhampton! I have been visiting Wolverhampton Audi for quite some time (including when it was managed by Jardine) and I never bothered to leave a review but It would be unfair if I don't acknowledge the services of a young gentleman Jamie Mutton whose professionalism and enthusiasm truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered every question with clarity and confidence, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt informed and valued throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone so young with such maturity, product knowledge, and customer-first attitude. It wasn’t just the service—it was the care he put into it that left a lasting impression. A big thank you to Jamie and the Stratstone Audi team for setting the bar so high. I’ll certainly be back, and I won’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to others.

Avoid Wolverhampton Audi at all costs if you value your time and peace of mind. I took my car there due to an error message, and they kept it for 10 days without providing a single proper update. Every time I called, I was told that someone would call me back with information — but no one ever did. In the end, I had to go there in person out of sheer frustration, only to be casually told that they couldn’t find any issue and I could take my car back. Ten days wasted, without any explanation or solution. The service team was completely irresponsible and showed an utter lack of professionalism or commitment to customer care. This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable for a brand like Audi.
