My experience at Perrys Mansfield Ford could have been better because ,I felt they we’re pushing for a deal , they wouldn’t move on the trade in value of my car which was top of the range Kuga vignale with £3000 worth of ford extra’s on my trade in, and they pushed for my new car to be collected on the last day of the financial month , and not the 1st so I lost a months tax at £620 for new car
My experience at Perrys Mansfield Ford was cracking because of Mitchell. I’m not overly happy with the dealership as I was told the badly damaged wheels would be repaired, but then this offer was revoked. This was a decision of the sales manager not Mitchell. Wouldn't even budge a pound on the price, but the car fitted the criteria I was looking for.
