I'd definitely recommend Waylands Newbury because the staff are very polite, professional but not pushy, allowing us plenty of time to view the cars After deciding to purchase the process to collection was extremely streamlined, very easy via their portal. Thank you Noemi you made the whole process very enjoyable without any stress.
I would not recommend Wayland's Newbury because since purchasing the car a fault with the alarm has appeared. I'm aware that these things can happen , however its how they are handled. .The recovery co took my car to Reading not Newbury as requested, fortunately I could see on the tracker that the car was in Reading or I would have no idea where my car had vanished to . I have had to chase for a hire car which took 2 days to arrive & phoning the Wayland's for updates , leaving messages as no one was available to answer phone. also same day as the hire car arrived they called me to advise they would collect the hire vehicle following day although my car was still not repaired leading to another call with Volvo to advise hire co that my car was still being repaired. Not the service you expect within a week of purchasing an EX90 ultra.
