didn't enjoy the experience, to the point that I thought i was being mansplained. Not the experience I wanted... I was looking to buy a brand new car but told i would be looking for a used car and not the model I wanted but a model they would prioritise purchasing at auction as it would re-sell better? Hopefully the experience with other Vospers sites in Exeter makes a better impression but for now I'm looking at other out of area dealers.

Bought a Jeep late 2024, had a few random warning messages pop up and an engine mgmt light. Called to speak to service dept. No answer, receptionist said she would pass on message to call back. Nothing. Repeated 3 times, nothing. Start calling again this morning, same thing. Got one receptionist in Plymouth who said they are very short staffed but would email them to contact me. Gave her my email to cc me, no email, no call.....one of the worst customer service I've encountered. Worried to drive with warning light, but have to use car.

Chris Hughes was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Can't thank him enough for putting us at ease from the get go. He organised for us to go out for a test drive straight away and made the whole process so quick and simple and explained everything as he went.
