FULL SERVICE HISTORY!!
My experience at CarSupermarket.com Hessle was positive because of Liam. Liam was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. We asked about the car i ended up purchasing as it has very low mileage and straight away he said I'll go find out where the car came from and what it had been used for. Even though my car has been recalled from Citroen due to faulty airbags,so obviously couldnt be traded in. He still had a look at what I could expect the resale value to be once it is fixed by Citroen. Which is much more than Citroen did. All in all Liam is a very friendly genuine guy and I would highly recommend him.
I was pleased with CarSupermarket.com Hessle and Daniel French unfortunately he was on leave when we picked the car up, the car was spotless but unfortunately the interior stunk of cigarette smoke and the female sales person sprayed it with air freshener and gave us 6 card board scent cards, and sent us packing, the was was back in few day's later for a,deeper clean ,thankyou to Danny for organising this.
Jon made the whole process really straightforward. Everything was explained clearly and transparently when we discussed purchase options, which helped me decide the best way to purchase without feeling pressured either way. Jon was patient when I had some issues with my V5 when selling my existing car which I was grateful for. He arranged for the car I wanted to be brought in from another branch so I could view it with no obligation to commit should I change my mind. There were a few optional extras offered, such as paint protection and minor damage cover which were explained properly and I was happy to take them. On collection day, Jon spent plenty of time going through the features of the car with me, which I really appreciated as there was a lot to take in. Overall, I’m really pleased with the service, efficiency and Jon’s professional yet patient approach. I’d happily recommend Car Supermarket to anyone looking for a stress-free way to buy a car.
CarSupermarket.com Hessle staff were good from the moment I entered the sales reception.. Rhiannon Peak who was dealing with was really friendly and answered all my queries and went through all the paper work explaining everything as we went through them. She encouraged me inspect the car and made sure I was A++ happy with the vehicle and took me for a test drive without any hesitation. There was no pressure selling / tactics used at all which was really good to see and experience for once :-)
I'd recommend CarSupermarket.com Hessle because Liam was fantastic. Really down to earth no nonsense and really helpful. Found the car for us, saw it through to the end and just seemed to go above and beyond. Since collection we have some really small issues but again Liam has found us and made sure they are sorted. Great salesman and really pleased with his service!
I'd recommend CarSupermarket.com Hessle to anyone because it was a relatively easy process, albeit with a loooong phone call to go through reservation and finance. The only thing that let it down for me was the “it’s a done deal” of the whole thing. Almost like a “you’ve reserved it now let’s make it yours”. The experience on arrival was that it was expected that I would drive away with the vehicle despite not having seen it other than online and having not test driven it. In my case, I am happy with the purchase but would have preferred a more laid back sales process. If I had to critique one thing about the show room, it would be the hoodies worn by the employees. They don’t exactly make it look professional. Polo shirts and a tech jacket maybe for a smarter look
The sales process was okay, but it felt rushed, and the car defects weren’t mentioned during the sale. Looking back, that was the biggest issue. If we had known about the dent on the rear, the scuff marks inside and out, and other issues, we wouldn’t have gone through with the sale. The online advert didn’t highlight these at all. When we received the car and found these issues, it really dampened the entire experience. We were really excited to be buying a Tesla, and to find it so poorly cleaned and prepped was disappointing. While Car Supermarket have resolved the dent and defects, I still found issues that I had to fix myself.
