I would recommend Boongate Kia to friends and family because the service was excellent.. Lee dealt with us all the way through the process from finding the car, to me driving away. His customer service was 100% he wasn’t pushy but went through everything. Jack from the service team was also brilliant, Also when coming into your showroom the reception lady (sorry didn’t get her name) was friendly and professional. Was chatting away to my daughter, and in my 5 year olds words.. she was a very lovely lady. My husband was also impressed with the whole service he has said his next car will be brought from Kia

Boongate Kia were helpful because Dan Grundy took the time to show us the cars he felt best met our needs from the discussion we had about requirements. He was patient, friendly and very helpful during the process. Nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel it was very important to him that we not only got the car we needed but that we were fully satisfied with it too. We needed a quick turnaround too due to not having a car following a broken turbo and Dan made it happen. We would 100% recommend Dan Grundy and Kia Boongate to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
