Even though I live in Milton Keynes, the 200+ miles round-trip to Stoke Audi is worth it - this is the 4th consecutive year. The staff is professional, and the service is always top notch. On this occasion, there was a misunderstanding about all the work that needed doing, and a specific part was not ordered for the CarPlay retrofit. In the big scheme of things, this was not a problem, the rest of the service was carried to the same high standard that I go to appreciate. I will keep going back to Stoke Audi, it's still the best UK Audi service centre for me.

The experience at Stoke Audi was really great thanks to Mateusz, the sales executive. He was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful the whole way through. From the very beginning, he made me feel confident that I was buying the car from the right place! Very poor after sales service! Reported a couple of issues day after purchase but dealership not interested wont return calls or respond to emails. Will not be buying from an audi dealer again!
