Bought my VW golf from Dean Smiths car sales, lovely friendly staff Tom and Nick really helpful. Their approach was lovely not pushy at all, great test drive. Communication was great and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely independent garage.

I saw a car advertised, so called them and was given a courteous and professional response. I travelled 170 miles and found the car to be exactly how it was described, so I was extremely impressed with their honesty and friendly service. I bought an A5 from Dean and his team. They were friendly and helpful through the whole process and I bought the car on the spot. It’s had some unforeseen issues, but Dean has got to me straight back, and got the car in for all the problems needed fixing up. Tom and Dean know their way round the cars and go above and beyond. Dean and Emma are always on standby. Can’t rate them highly enough and will go here from now on for services, cars and any issues.

Thom and the team went above and beyond to fix my car when the steering column broke and (luckily for me!) left my car stranded near Dean Smith Car Sales in the middle of a 400 mile drive. Not only did Thom do everything possible to get a complex repair completed within a couple of days, he even went to a scrappy to get parts and save me from paying huge repairs costs. 2 days later I was on my way home to Scotland in a safe & smooth-driving car. What an amazing mechanic and team! Thank you Thom!

I Went to view a car i was interested in ( RS6) and the old lady that was apparently the sales manager was dressed very inappropriately and smelly i asked to speak to the manager regarding the car as i could see others in the garage area and was told he was away on holiday, and that she was in charge. She never went to speak to anyone in the garage which i presume is part of the sales and would of thought someone in there would of been able to help me better than she did, For a very reputable business i thought this was a little strange and a sales manager should present herself much better if she is handling a business like this. Very poor customer service and would not recommend unless the manager is available.
