The staff at Vertu Honda Stockton were good because they were friendly and informative. I was given a comprehensive test drive of the vehicle and a thorough explanation of the controls. When I got home I had one query about the middle passenger seatbelt which was explained immediately with one phone call. I have one suggestion which would be to have a paper copy of the transaction to peruse with the salesperson rather than having to read it from a screen which was less clear and felt a little rushed.
