We have just had a fantastic experience at this dealership. We were looking for our first proper family car, and are entirely new to the process of getting a new car, with all of the considerations around car type, finance, options etc. We were supported by Maddie all the way through every question we had, and she offered us so much extra information that we hadnt considered. There wasnt even a hint of any pressure, only clear advice and understanding. We were so impressed, that when we saw on a follow up email (with more helpful information) that Maddie is still a trainee, we were blown away. It was absolutely fantastic customer service, and we look forward to planning in a test drive in the near future.

Appalling service from this dealership, would never go here again after the way we were treated. Motability sales team, and management especially need to learn some customer service skills with their shocking bad attitude. From total lack of communication, delays, damage to the vehicle to name a few of the issues encountered, we have had to resolve directly with Cupra complaints to deal with them and now in hands of the Motoring Ombudsman. Take my advice and buy a car elsewhere if you want a pleasant and professional experience, as it should be. Shame because we love the car it now sadly leaves a bad taste....

The staff at CUPRA Crewe were good because they were very helpful with all questions. Very reassuring as I was driving an automatic for the 1st time and was a little nervous. Very informative about the vehicle, kept me uo to date with everything via email. Jordan and Dave were very good.
