Amie was absolutely brilliant! We had a really good experience coming in to have a look at a Focus Estate, to view the size etc, and ended up coming out with one! Amie was very informative, took the time to explain everything to us. Amie made the process of buying our first new car easy, enjoyable and exciting. Natalie was fantastic and so thorough throughout the whole process! Everything was explained in detail and any questions were always answered. On the day we collected the car we had a handover to go through all the functions - something we didnt have on the previous 2 cars at a different dealer.
