I was pleased with Vertu Hyundai Mansfield and would recommend them because their agent was attentive and helpful. The test drive took in a variety of dual carriage way and town driving to get a feel for the car. Everything was explained in detail and the car was ready when they said it would be.
At the time of this review, their feedback score on Autotrader was 4.9: this was a big reason for me choosing the car that I ended up buying. I can attest that they do deserve this rating. Previous to visiting this dealer, my brief experience in looking for a car had been pretty poor. At Hyundai Mansfield, you get treated as you'd want to be treated - both before AND AFTER the car sale. So far they've kept to their word with everything - this includes them ordering a part to be replaced a week or two after the handover. I've also just asked them to look at a slight creak noise that wasn't spotted during my test drive (and only occurs in some circumstance) - they have a "can do" attitude which is refreshing. (I bought a 2022 Hyundai Kona electric and love it!)
