Very comfortable with the sales pitch and did not apply any pressure to purchase. We exchanged my wife’s car as part exchange and the experience was made easier than anticipated, thank you.
I would not recommend Vertu Motornation Derby because. Sales dept dropped us like a hot potato as soon as there were issues with the car. No response to emails, totally unstisfactory. Buying a car is about keeping customers happy and not just bagging a sale and disappearing.
