I have been owed my deposit back on a car for well over a month and have had to chase this up multiple times . Account details were asked for weeks ago which I sent straight away . The money has not been received and I have been fobbed off multiple times . The lack of communication from the sales team from the beginning has been disappointing to say the least.

“No Record of Safety Checks After Recall — Steering Angle Sensor Fault Developed” After airbag recall work at Drive Vauxhall, Hartlepool, the vehicle developed a fault with the steering angle sensor — a critical safety component located beneath the airbag. Disturbingly, there was: – No technician record of the fault – No diagnostic log confirming a reset – No road test report – No service log entry, despite recalibration of a safety-critical component These gaps raise serious safety concerns. I’ve escalated this repeatedly, including to senior leadership, and am now referring it to Citro\xebn UK and the DVSA.

We have recently purchased a pre owned car from drive vauxhall in Hartlepool. From first arriving at the dealership we were assisted by Jabez Middleton who we found to be friendly,helpful and knowledgable .A test drive was undetaken and Jabez was very helpful as I was purchasing an automatic for the first time and was slightly apprehensive about driving one , but he explanded everything logically, and I soon settled into the drive that was a mixture of different speed roads which helped me get used to the car. The car was collected a couple of days later and we are enjoying our new 'wheels. Again many thanks Jabez for all your help
