I called to get a quote for some work. I got some answers and for others they promised to call me back. They didn’t. So, I had to chase, dialling 1, 2, etc. speaking to the call centre and couldn’t get back to the person I spoke with. I gave up and called Halfords Autocentre, got the answers I needed as we spoke and booked in over \xa31,000 of work with them. *** Updated 09-07-25 Based on the Reply Below *** A fair reply. The challenge for you is that whenever I go through the telephone system the jingle tells me repeatedly, repeatedly, repeatedly of the great service, your aims, exceeding customer expectations, etc. When you adopt that position, you have to deliver on it, otherwise it's just hollow marketing.

Deeply disappointing experience. I purchased a used Audi from Audi Aylesbury that had a serious fault (non-functioning air conditioning) from day one. Despite being promised prompt repairs and clear communication, the timeline shifted repeatedly — from “Monday” to “Friday” to “next week.” I never once had the car in my possession in working condition. What made matters worse was the poor communication and dismissive attitude I experienced when trying to exercise my legal right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act. My initial rejection was ignored, follow-ups delayed, and I was even threatened with the removal of the courtesy car. At one point, the team claimed that by using the courtesy vehicle, I had accepted the faulty car — a completely inaccurate and legally flawed argument. I have now had to escalate the matter to Audi Financial Services, Trading Standards, and the Motor Ombudsman, simply to have my statutory rights respected. This experience has been incredibly stressful, time-consuming, and has left me completely disillusioned with the Audi brand and this dealership. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution — or better yet, take your business elsewhere

Very poor experience. Had booked my Q5 in for an oil service and MOT. When booking over the phone I asked that they also take a look to see if there was an oil leak, as I suspected a slight chacmnce there was, and warranty is nearly at an end. They assured me that the total price would be c.\xa3350 incl VAT. When I dropped the car off today they said there would be an additional \xa3140 inspection fee if they did not find anything to repair under warranty re. the suspected oil leak. I explained that was not what I was quoted to be when I made the booking. They then said they must warn me that there may be an extra charge, so I took my car away to get work done elsewhwre, and won't be back to the Aylesbury branch any time soon. Very disappointed... would not trust them to make a booking there again...
