Before I come to CarSupermarket I try call 100 times to see if I can have appointments for a 6pm on the same day but staff always say we will call you back and no call back. Without appointments I turn to Carsupermarket to check one vehicle what I was interested. We don't have to much time to look but we reserve the car and we also requested to prepare the car for collection. (Inside the car was dirty) charger was missing. On the day on collection we turn on the car was ready so I not inspect the car again we just pay take some paperwork and go. When we back home we need refuel a car . When I opened the fuel cap was completely dirty there nobody clean this part of the car. Also i spotted small crack on the windscreen. After few days the car seats start smell the farms smell. Looks to me like previous ovner used car in the farm as grass and stroke is everywhere. We also spotted the windscreen washes also not working properly. Spoke with MR. Ryan about windscreen crack but they told me is nothing what his can do. Well is always something what you can do but you and your company don't want to do. I send email to him but is not answered yet I will wait.
I'd recommend CarSupermarket.com Barnsley for your next car. The car itself was well prepared immaculate both inside and out, plus was competitively priced. The reservation and collection process does need some improvement however. I'd been advised a 2 working day transfer between sites and then given a provisional collection date of 5 working days from reservation date. I then proceeded to struggle getting contact from anyone at the local branch to confirm this provisional appointment until the morning of the provisional date. Once contact was made I found out I couldn't collect on the provisional day and had to collect the following day. This meant I'd booked a day off work unnecessarily and had to book time off work with only a days notice. Rather than having to phone/wait for call backs, email updates to confirm when a reserved car has been moved and then confirmation of appointments would make a huge difference as I felt messed around in the build up to collection. The collection process itself once I got the firm appointment was smooth and easy.
