I would not recommend Perrys Blackburn Peugeot because of the state of the paint work when collected, and the lack service book or handbook. Two warning lights came on after collection. Despite taking the car to allow the issues to be sorted they were not. Vehicle handed back without issues resolved including chipped/damaged paintwork, scuffed alloys and still no service book, just receipts. Paid for paint protection however no evidence of this and told we had got this for free anyway as they had incorporated this into the final cost of the vehicle. Asked what the diagnostic report was in relation to the warning lights. Was told that they did not know. Really disappointed given our previous experience which was positive.
The experience at Perrys Blackburn Peugeot was fantastic because Our sales person was Emilo who everything about the car we were interested in.He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite and professional. We would recommend Perrys and Emilo to anyone looking for a new car and may be back in the future when my wife upgrades her car.
I would not recommend Perrys Blackburn Peugeot because sold me a 3008 in February. Developed transmission noise April/May. Reported mid may still.umder warranty.Technician and service manager agreed there was a problem. Took 2 weeks + to get a courtesy car. Took car in but could not find the cause of the noise. I was told they were contacting Peugeot for advice. As of July no solution. Lack of communication as I had to call Perry's for updates. In the end I visited the dealership to request a refund or a replacement vehicle. I wanted the value of the car as of May but offered July value. Unacceptable. I endeb up being forced into buying a more expensive vehicle plus £3700. Fobbed off by the manager. Other costs included extra insurance, Gap amendment, number plate retention etc. I received a message to say the faulty vehicle had passed an mot in July. I take this to mean that it has been sold. I assume the fault has been repaired. If so why could they not have repaired it for me, or has it been sold to an unsuspecting customer with the fault still present. Very disappointed. I await your response.
My experience at Perrys Blackburn Peugeot was overall good. However, having revisited the advertisement of the car there were misleading statements about the car which, will ultimately affect its further value. The advert stated that car had Focal Premium Sound System and it does not. Additionally, the advert stated that the car was an EAT 8 and its actually an EAT 6. This is false advertising and misleading to customers. The value of the said items would approximate to £1000 worth of extras that care does not have. This is very unfair and there should be some form of compensation.
