I’ve had the worse experience ever my car was sent in through the all in warranty due to a noise while reversing I was told they couldn’t hear the noise I believe they didn’t check as when I came to collect the car as I was told they made me wait an hour to only then tell me they found the noise that makes me believe they didn’t check anything earlier on so anyway I left the car with them for the next day then at 3pm I was told I needed the tyres changed before any work could be done that they could have told me in the morning as they did say to me I would get a call in the morning I didn’t so I had the tyres changed I was promised the car would be done within a week. So I gave the timescale I was told still nothing not even an update or a simple email to update me what is going on bearing in mind they did not give me a hire or courtesy car. So I went in on the following Monday to be told nothing had been done to my car so it had just been sat at Audi now for 3 weeks with them providing me no update what so ever not a email not a phone call after I went in on Monday I was told It would be escalated and I will get a call the next day we are onto Wednesday and still nothing from them this is the worse service anyone could ever receive

I bought a new Audi a3 from Mo and the service from start to finish was nothing less than excellent. He made me and my mom feel very welcome and made sure we got the best deal on both my finance and my part exchange. Every welcoming was warm and friendly and nothing was ever too much. Dan the manager there was also so helpful and so polite thanking us for our business and made our experience the best it could be. what a great team !

Avoid using this dealership*** Sophia and Dan had taken both my cars into part exchange (Audi R8 & Land rover defender) - I recieved an A4. 1 month into the exchange the outstanding finance agreements on both cars had not been paid, and no refund has been paid to me for my deposit (which was owed back). This is not a proper audi dealership you have been warned!

Horrendous customer service. Phones are never answered by the receptionist, and when they are, she’ll just hang up on you. When the receptionist (she said her name was Naj) finally answered she was rude and abrupt asking how did I know if she was being rude or not. I told her there’s no need to be rude. I have also been rebooked in 4 times now for work to be carried out and was promised a courtesy car & each time had to cancel because “there’s no courtesy car available for you” despite being promised one each time and was told it had been booked in. The service is atrocious. Staff training and better management required. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Not what I expect from an Audi dealership. You need to train your staff on mannerism and etiquette! Disgusting service

A very bad experience. Been to them 1st time to order the parts . When I went to pick them up they missed on a few items went again they still had the less stuff then I had to send my friend to go and collect rhem . After 3 or 4 turns thank God I got my parts . But if I be honest these guys needs to improve alot as the audi isn't a small brand it's well known

Truly wonderful service! My wife has a little Audi A3 cabriolet which has provided her faultless service. However, the roof had a little issue yesterday and wouldn't close properly. I took it into Audi Approved in Erdington this morning and the fabulous team of Hammad, Viv Kash and Julie without any fuss, incredibly quickly fixed the issue and had the car up and running again in minutes. What an awesome team! I highly recommend this garage and will be bringing my wife's car back here for all future services!

I've had the worst experience in audi erdington. Very unprofessional and service advisers have no clue what they are doing but wasting customers time. Lydja krumins the service advisor who doesn't know anything. I left my car for service and repair and was told to wait for a call for collection. Ive waited all day even tried calling them but no respond and at 6pm lydja krumins called me to collect car in 10 mins but it takes me atleast 20 mins to get there in taxi and she said she cant wait for me either. I had to leave the car for next day collection n get taxi to go to work. Next day when I collected my car she tried to be very sweet and asked me to give her good rates etc. And they only done service but left repair and told me to book another app which was 2 weeks a head. Idk what lydja krumins doing in that place because she doesn't have a clue what she's doing. I would never go back to this place ever again.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at Audi Erdington. The service was completely disorganised. Staff did not bother to read previous customer notes or communications and appeared either untrained or too lazy to properly update their system. I was asked to wait during the service but was then told to leave and return five hours later, forcing me to take taxis back and forth, wasting my time and money. Worse still, I received a call the evening before the appointment saying the service will be cancelled because a software update was "mandatory". This was shocking, as I had already declined the software update during booking, three weeks prior, based on online reviews. I was told then I could sign a waiver to opt out. Despite this agreement, the staff member I spoke to was rude and refused to honour the arrangement. Only after arguing and insisting did she speak to her manager, who ultimately approved what had already been agreed: I sign a paper and the service goes ahead. This back and forth was completely unnecessary, stressful, and showed a clear lack of communication and professionalism. I also want to raise a serious concern. This is the second time I’ve noticed Audi dealership staff (Audi Solihull made funny faces while thinking we are not watching, reason to move to Erdington) treating Asian customer differently. It's subtle, but obvious and deeply disappointing coming from a brand like Audi. This needs to be acknowledged and addressed.
