Had such a great experience at Parkland Motors! Ash and Muhammad were honestly so lovely – super friendly, easy to talk to, and really helpful from start to finish. Nothing felt pushy or stressful, they just made the whole process smooth and straightforward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking. Thanks again guys!

Really top garage. Top group of lads and Ash went above and beyond while I was searching for a car to make sure I went for the right one. Had a laugh throughout and made every effort to make sure the purchase was right for me. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car.

Avoid this place! We phoned up about a car on a Sunday and put a deposit down, got told that it needed a service but that he would get the ball rolling so car was ready to be delivered in the week. Also that we would get a video of the car. When the finance was paid on the Wednesday, we was told the service hadn’t been done and it was put to the back of the queue. Still no video at this point but was told he would get one sent. On Saturday we then got a call to say that they took the car for a test drive and that there was a part missing, refused to tell us what part. Eventually found out it was a fuel pump. Still no video again at this point, was told again they would send one. Video never came. After all the messing around we decided to just cancel the car and get a refund. At this point they were quite rude on the phone and said if we wanted a refund we could have one. However, they underpaid the finance so then we had to wait for them to pay the difference. Shocking service, I would avoid this dealership and take my money elsewhere.

So far so good with my car. Muhammad was kind and friendly, they sorted a few small issues with the car before collection. Drove the car back from Loughborough to Brighton without issue. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again. One small niggle was the cleaning of the inside of the car. The steering wheel and under the steering column was filthy but other than that all good and very pleased.

My wife and I bought an A Class Mercedes from Parkland Motors exactly 3 and a half months ago. It came with there so called 3 month warranty. About 6 weeks after owning it the brakes starting making a really loud squeeking noise along with shuddering of steering while braking. I called the warranty people and the nearest garage who would use the Motoring organisation were a three hour drive away. So I sucked it up and had the brakes repaired myself (even though there was an invoice in the paperwork for new discs and pads fitted by parkland). Now onto the more serious problems, a fortnight ago the engine management light came on. After paying for the diagnosis out of my own pocket the following problems have been diagnosed. Inlet manifold/swirl flaps and actuator were broken (codes stored in ecu so the light had been turned off). Completely blocked egr valve and egr collant valve. Turbo boost under pressure. I did email Ash and tried to talk to him about this, he stated that his and Parklands stance was fair wear and tear and he very kindly said he would repair everything, with parts at cost price and a reduced labour charge as a gesture of goodwill. What an absolute joke!!!.. So I have just paid the best part of \xa32000 to have these repairs done. Why would I pay Parkland more of our money to repair a car they sold us with problems they obviously knew about. The above problems are a clear breach of the Consumer Rights act 2015 as its not fit for purpose. And I will be going to trading standards tomorrow morning. Do yourself a favour and go to a reputable dealer who actually cares about the customers they provide a service to. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!.
