The experience at Vertu Ford Newcastle was fantastic because Adil listened to what I was looking for and allowed me to make a choice between the 2 cars that were available. I had actually travelled to a competitor in Darlington (Evans Halshaw) prior to visiting Vertu - after having prewarned them of my intended visit to be told that the car I was hoping to buy was not on site and was being used as a courtesy car - I clearly dodged a bullet there and a complete wasted journey.
