Having looked online I went to the showroom to have a look at a car I had my eye on. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Femi who was really welcoming. He explained clearly all I needed to know about the car and escorted me for a test drive. Purchasing a car is a big thing so having someone like Femi, who is knowledgeable without being pushy, ensured I had all my questions answered. Femi listened to what I wanted and he was able to deliver. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

A week has passed since I posted this review, so far I have received only warm words concerning my missing key. I should add in the spirit of fairness, we bought 2 cars from this company in January 2025. The service and post sale service on the second car was exemplary. This is just confusing. If Drive Nuneaton can get it so right for one car, why the lack of consistency in resolving the issue of the spare key for the MG. Bought a second hand car from this company in January 2025. After deal was concluded they confessed that they only had one key for the car, but promised to get a new one or trace where the key was in their dealer network. This never happened, despite many emails, discussing it with their service department, and reporting the issue through their online feedback and chat systems. Total frauds, very disappointed with the lack of service. I appreciate the apology from Drive Nuneaton on 28/5/2025, and look forward to the resolution of this matter. FINAL UPDATE 4. July 2025 We have received our 2nd key. 7 months after we purchased the car. Many thanks to the Leicester Drive MG concession for resolving our key, offering to update our car software and fix the damaged diagnostic port mounting.
