The worst Service I've ever experienced, my car went in for a recall and i got told they didn't have any of the parts in! I checked in online as requested and highlighted an oil warning change required, they said they hadn't seen this and it was my fault for not telling them, they tried to tell me they did a system health check but unfortunately missed they big orange warning on the display!! I will never buy a ford again!!

Wow! This is the only way to start our review...WOW! We went to Pentagon Ford St Helens looking for a used kuga to replace the one we had. From the second we met Jac the experience of buying a car was second to none. There was no pressure, we were left alone to view the car and when we asked a test drive this was no issue at all. Jac was so friendly and helpful, there were a few issues with the car (it was second hand) that we wanted resolving and nothing was too much trouble. We paid a fully refundable deposit to start the process and over the next week we got video updates off Jac on the progres of the works. A week later we went back to view the new car and it was superb! Everything we asked for had been done and more. They even sorted a 3 day drive away insurance and put \xa320 of fuel in the car for us! Once home we found an issue with fumes in the car. A call to Jac and all was sorted. He booked the car in for a review (they found a broken bracket) and while they had the car we were given a courtesy car for the 2 days...no charge and no hassle. Getting the car back reenforced that the car is outstanding and we are so happy! But this is only part of the story, as getting a nice, new (to us) car is one thing. The icing on the cake is the amazing customer service! It's truly been a superb experience, and I can't thank Jac (and his manager Stu) enough. YES we are picky people, but what a 6-star experience this has been!! If anyone from the management team at St Helens reads this, Jac is outstanding. His customer care and attention to detail is second to none. We, and all of our family and friends, will always come back to Pentagon St Helens (to deal with Jac 😁)

Booked in for MOT on Ford Ranger(21 plate). MOT failed for fault on passenger side mirror indicator which is a fail I concede. Lamp was then ordered so I waited 4-5 hours and this did not solve the problem. If “technician” had of checked for voltage initially rather than guessing it was a faulty lamp then issue may have been progressed sooner. Known issue on these Rangers with BCM (Body control module) amongst other many known issues. So earliest I can get booked in is middle of August as dashboard has to be removed, meanwhile left without a car for work etc etc. To conclude this will be last Ford I ever buy so do yourselves a favour and find a VW dealer as support is far better along with their diagnosis if you do have an issue.
