ONE OWNER - ECONOMICAL
I'd recommend CarSupermarket.com Newcastle to a friend because the whole process of purchasing a the vehicle was made extremely easy. After days spent trawling aroiund garages in my local area I had absolutely no luck in finding a car that I wanted at the pricew I wanted to pay, most seemed to be, well, not worth the money being asked. Of course I wanted the best for my cash but there wasn't much selection around to be honest and not many salepeople that seemed that interested. I then saw a car on Carsupermarket.com, exactly what I was looking for at the right price. I rang customer services and was immediately greeted with a polite and professional representative, he talked me through eveything about the purchase, including how to get the car moved closer to home (Barnsley to Newcastle). I paid a deposit of £199 which was fully refundable if I didnt like the car, and a transfer fee of £25. He then passed me over to Steve in Newcastle who would take over the sale but by this time I was feeling confident and reassured that I was dealing with a professional company. Steve informed that he would let me know when the car arrived in Newcastle and a date arranged for me to view the vehicle. Upon delivery to Newcastle I went to look around the car to make sure I was happy with it, no hassling, over the shoulder overeager sales person, just me and my wife checking out the car, which I might add had been prepared to a very high standard. We then went for a test drive and were extremly pleased with it and decided to buy the car. Robb dealt with us and made the whole process very easy indeed, he brought us both a drink but to be honest the purchasing process was done before we had finished them. There was no pressure, just friendly efficiency. We puchased the extended warranty with roadside assistance and the Smart Plus Insurance. There was a few niggles with the car but I must say the staff at the Service Centre were quick to get them sorted, thank you. Shortly after the purchase and after I had the car for a few days I recieved a telephone call from Steve to make sure that everything was ok and that I was happy with my car, brilliant! Overall an extremely pleasant car buying experience, probably the best I've had. I highly recommend Carsupermarket not only to my friends and family but to anyone looking to purchase a quality used car. Thank you all, I'll see you again!
CarSupermarket.com Newcastle were helpful because they made the whole process of part-exchanging our old car for a new one so simple. Christopher Key was a very helpful and enthusiastic agent. He spent lots of time finding all the answers to our questions and didn't rush us into making decisions.
I'd suggest CarSupermarket.com Newcastle to a friend because just such ease with purchasing and always responding to emails fast. We as people are skeptical about buying from someone new and I glad I chose this company to buy from. Amazing thank you carsupermarket.com
My experience at CarSupermarket.com Newcastle could have been better because I have had a bad experience from the very start. Delivery was a day late after I chased the whereabouts. Once delivered the nearside front mirror was damaged and causing further damage to the rubber window seal. When Carsupermarket.com booked in my vehicle to fix the problems both parts ordered were wrong. I was told it will take 1 hour but waiting over 2 hours being told they have ordered the wrong parts. How hard is it to search the specs of the vehicle for the correct parts? I booked a day off work for delivery as it was a day late. I've used petrol from Liverpool to Preston to fix the issue but it's not being fixed. I haven't had the best experience from Carsupermarket.com.
My experience at CarSupermarket.com Newcastle was memorable because Lewis welcomed me straight away even though I was a couple hours early. Lewis is so helpful professional in what he's doing for the company. He was a great help regarding my car. All sorted and so happy going forward
