I have to say thanks evolve for being very helpful for letting me test drive a golf r and a bmw on my own. Alex the car salesman was dealing with me. He was very friendly and I had a laugh with him. He was very understanding when coming up with the figures for the both cars, he gave me such a good deal for the golf r plus two years warranty on the golf and my p/x. So I bought the golf r. I have been driving the golf for the past week now and I love it . It was a problem when paying off my p/x car but Alex was there when needed he sorted it out and refunded the amount that owed me so many thanks for that Alex. I will come back to this company again to buy a new car. Thanks again Alex

0* ..Bought a VW Golf R, paid in full through finance, refused test drive, very rushed and poor customer service, poorly handled, I didn’t notice in the summer months but with rain it leaked water and gushed in with heavy rain, eventually trim snapping off whilst driving. It then became apparent it was a damaged sun roof frame, \xa35.5k in costs parts and labour to rectify. All this within 6 months of having the vehicle, which was not even 5 years old. Evolve shrugged responsibility. Complaint raised with Finance company (Northridge) which in turn ignored me, they provided a rushed decision in my favour, but yet failed to provide any resolution. (Presumably relying on Evolve to sort matters but not being able to move forward) I then escalate this ombudsman who again quickly ruled in my favour. It was still a gruelling journey after that. 10months later all issues rectified, costs covered by Northridge as they share responsibility as well as being regulated by the FCA, still no word from Evolve. Very bad experience, frustrating to say the least. Rush sale, quick to take money, or push for finance approval, once the car is in your possession, NIL aftercare or customer service upkeep.
