They seem to have a culture of not prioritising picking up the phone, then not prioritising contacting customers who have left a message when they ring. I've had to leave a message 3-4 times before I can get through and don't believe I've ever been called back as promised. I was informed a service was cancelled only once I'd turned up for it. I was told I had been contacted multiple times to tell me this (I checked it was twice over the course of a week, with no attempt to contact me on the day of service to save me the bother). I would suggest a quick and easy text message or email would be advisable if a customer can't pick up the phone. This would have saved me a lot of effort. 3 star as they did honour a warranty replacement with minimal quibbling.

I serviced my Honda jazz on 29th November 2024 at Bath Honda. After the service, the staff for car wash scratched my car. At that time, both the service advisor and service manager agreed to repair my car. However, no one contacted me so far. I am going to submit complaint and seek legal advice. This is totally not acceptable! Problem well solved. Hope this will not happen again, thanks.

I've been with bath honda for nearly 5 years now with the Motability scheme and they r all brilliant, very friendly staff that can't do enough for u. All the staff r polite and just lovely. I would definitely recommend bath honda to my friends and family. I've just got a new hybrid honda jazz and it was chris who did everything for me and such a lovely down to earth man who again couldn't do enough for me. One very happy lady who's with bath honda. X

Terrible service from this dealership, will never use again, December last year car in for a piston misfire update, on arrival was told 2 updates, piston misfire and wet belt inspection, may need car all day, ok so I spent couple of hours walking and getting bus home, after 4 hours get a call from dealership,car ready, back on bus get back to garage, asked about belt inspection, told couldn't do don't have the tools to do the inspection, only so many sets in company, really? Ok of I go, move on to June ring up on 28th June to book in for wet belt change and service, booked in for 7th October, while booking in told there is an outstanding recall for a piston misfire, I replied that was done in December, the reply was no not done, What did they do for the 4 hours in December ?clearly nothing, a wasted day, Anyway now 7th October 100 days after booking car in, turn up to be told bits for wet belt not arrived, while were we not contacted? Reply was from man on service desk, my colleague left a message, 2 thing's 1st thing I don't have that service set up on my phone and the 2nd when I asked the lady on service desk on collecting car from service, I asked her about the call, her reply i never phoned you. Anyway after a discussion with her, she spoke to her boss he said no charge for service carried out on 7th October and she would ring me later that day or next day to book in for the wet belt change, now 1st November and that call never did happen, So today the belt and service was carried out by Bristol Honda, When we had MOT late August we were told break pads low will need doing for next year's MOT, Bath Honda said breaks on 65% on 7th October, today the 1st November and 300 miles later the breaks are on 85% wear, So where did Bath get that figure from!! I am starting to think no service was ever carried out on the 7th October.

Abysmal service from this so called Mitsubishi main dealer. The service dept literally DO NOT answer any calls and continually get transferred to VM, but also they NEVER call back. Won't go into the details of trying to get them to carry out a coolant flush on my car, but believe me GO TO BRISTOL if you want anything doing! If I could give this company zero stars I would. The owners and/or directors should be ashamed of the service it's staff are providing.
