I recently bought a mini cooper from cars of Essex and am delighted by the experience. Jack was super helpful when giving me a tour of the car and on the test drive. He had cleaned the car exceptionally well and the car looked brand new! (it was a 2016 plate). Cars of Essex let me put a deposit down and I picked the car up at a later date, Kim was really nice to deal with and they provided a safe environment on site to finalise everything. Adam gave me peace of mind about a few things I questioned and even put a bit of fuel in the tank for me to get home and just in general, was a great guy to speak to regarding cars and anything else I needed to know, he was so polite and helpful! All in all, these three employees made my car purchase enjoyable. I will always come back to cars of Essex as and when I need a new car as their inventory is great!
