Google needs to add a 6 star option. Absolutely top class from start to finish when buying a car from Dorchester Collection last summer. Really approachable and open in terms of asking about the car info and getting the purchase sorted. Not only that but above and beyond with any queries and help after purchasing too. They have been more than happy to help on a few occasions when I've got in a pickle. When it comes to service and being genuinely kind and decent, look no further.

What a fantastic car-buying experience! That's a statement you don't often hear. From the first, Ben at Dorchester Collection was helpful and straightforward. No pushy hard-sell techniques and we got a good feeling about the business. We were able to take a good test drive of our choice and then were able to take time to reflect before going ahead. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase and the work that was put into it before we bought, at no extra expense to us. On collection day, the car looked fabulous and the finishing touch of a bunch of gorgeous flowers just topped it off. We now have a vehicle in excellent condition with a no-nonsense warranty. Mention must also be made of Tait, Ben's assistant. His manner and customer service skills are beyond his years. He and Ben make a friendly and efficient team. We wholeheartedly recommend Dorchester Collection. In fact, we travelled, between us, about 600 miles in order to seal the deal. Well worth the effort, too... and still beaming after negotiating the M5 rush-hour traffic going home!

What a great company, no hard sell and pleasure to deal with. Bought a really nice Hyundai i10 and it was delivered to us about 2 hours drive away at a very reasonable cost. Bunch of flowers too. Would be very happy to use again.
